glad to here ya got it goin better,

the egt's will go down with advanced timing as well as max boost pressure, but its not cylinder temp that goes up, its cylinder pressure and heat transfer,

cylinder pressure is no big deal unless you are pushing the limits of the boost pressure/head gasket, to much timing with high boost, will pop a head gasket eaiser than less timing, the heat transfer goes into the coolant, with a longer burn time with advanced timing in the cylinder puts more heat into the coolant, so it may raise coolant temp faster at higher loads

good job glad you're liking the new tuning

that thread I posted for you has all the info you will ever need for tuning that pump up.

sorry for the delayed response, I have been on vacation the last two weeks.

as for the fuel screw, you can crank it all the way if you want. long a the star wheel is set right it should still delay before full fueling hits...just be aware the more you turn it, the smokier and hotter it will eventually get as that controls how much fuel gets pushed to the injectors.

just don't grind it and bury it past its safety groove though. its there for a reason. cranked past its safety can cause a runaway and we definitely don't want that...so anyone that tells you to grind the fuel pin and crank it further should be ignored as that is bad advice...if you are going for absolute top performance though an aftermarket pin ran to runaway fueling and then backed off till it stops trying to run away is ideal for maximum output. but if you want that p7100 conversion is the better way to go.
