I need help figuring out what some codes are..while sitting still it started cutting out..after running the diagnosic scan water in the fuel light came on. then went off after I pulled out.. but these codes still showed..please help

Those are some strange codes. You might try a different scanner.

I have also moved this to the diesel section to see if you can get better results.

C codes are usually Chassis and B are Body I believe. p is powertrain.
