Default starting problem

I have a 1999 diesel 2500 dodge ram cummins engine 5.9 litre.
For the first start in the morning I have to wait about 30 minutes for the wait to start light on the dash to go out before it will start. I changed injector pump, lift pump and fuel heater sensors and still same problem.
When I do get it started there is no problem with running.
When I turn off and try starting back soon after I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes before the wait to start light goes off again. I never had this problem until 1 year ago.
I took it to the dealers to do diagnostic and all they can say is that it is a fuel problem.
I would appreciate any help on this.

you actually wait for that light to go out?!

I NEVER wait for that light

I just crank it over and it fires right up.

Same problem, but it will not crank until the light goes out. at some point the check engine light comes on, then the tach stops, runs until cut off then will not crank until absolutely cold. Dealer Computer tests show no failure code. any answers out there.

What do you mean it won't crank until the light goes out?

I agree with Jigabop, make sure you've got good juice.

Also make sure your grid heaters are coming on.
