The dealer says dodge only lets them pull a limited number of PINs per day and they won't pull them for customers.

 

So I have a 99 5.9 Cummins and I just replaced the crank sensor and it still doesn’t start, it have the fuel pressure and 140hp injectors. It has no lights on the dash, help!
