Starting problems

So my bf is having some trouble. When he tries to start his dodge 2500 it just clicks. It has 2 brand new batteries, changed the starter and the ignition switch and still just clicks. Any suggestions?

Where is the click coming from? The starter itself, or somewhere else? If 'somewhere else', swap the starter relay with another one, see if the situation improves.
