Default 99 cummins 950 and 999 code

So my truck decided not to start the other day. I was having issues with it taking a few turns of the key for the starter to bump, but now nothing. After checking all the fuses and changing the ignition switch, I wired a push button to send power to the starter solenoid. Got the truck started but now the windows a/c, and spedo won't work and the transmission won't shift. There are an abs light and an airbag light on when the key is in the on position. Checked the codes on the dash and it says 950 and 999. Also, one thing to not I did not change or unplug anything on the truck just spliced in the push button. Any thoughts?
