Default Switch for governor

Can't seem to find anything on installing a hidden switch that will activate a lower governed speed for my 2006 Dodgo RAM 3500 SLT 5.9.

I suspect that's a programming thing, as I don't believe there is a mechanical governor on the motor....... Check with the various diesel performance shops, if its' possible to do, I am sure several of them have done so. I wouldn't expect that you would be able to 'adjust on the fly' though.
