Any one ever have a problem with heater/AC stepper motors continuing to run after ignition switch is turned off ? The blower will also run with the ignition switch off .

You have wiring issues somewhere........ Grab the 01 service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. Gotta be a stuck relay, or short somewhere.
