Default Fuel Prices?

How much are you paying for fuel? Here in Southern Idaho, it jumped fron $2.59 yesterday to $2.95 this morning. I might have to park my new truck and drive my kids car, he gets 33 mpg compared to 16 I am getting with my 99 Quad Cab 2500

went from 2.45 last week to 2.75.

reg unleaded went from 2.41 to 2.89 in the same period. . .dang tree humpers and their blends[:@]

also the ethanol blending is driveing up the price since we do not have the refineing process for the ethanol needs. again, blame the tree humpers again

$4-$5 a gallon is highly probable by summer unless Iran suddenly does a 180 on it's nuke program (I'm betting they won't).

In So Cal its at 3.25 for diesel

FYI, check out http://autos.msn.com
scroll down towards the bottom of the page and click on gas prices.
Type in your zip code and it will show where the lowest price fuel is.

In Joisey, it's about 2.73+ for diesel and about 2.75+ for regular. When I bought my CTD in August of 2000, diesel was .99, go figure....that's not why I bought it, but a nice memory.

The MSN site is great, it's updated every morning.

My '99 CTD gets 20 mpg, but my Harleys get 50 MPG......putting past all the Psuedo-Cool 9 MPG Hummers around here helps to cheer me up.
