I need a 2wd lift for 35" tires. I would like the minimum lift for this size of tire and the fenders to stay the same. Perferably the prerunner look. 3" on the front only would be great. Does anyone know of a lift for a 2wd 2500 2005 Ram Quad Cab Diesel Short bed?

Steve00, Your Truck looks GREAT! What size of rims? I may go with 33's....

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the 2500/3500 have the same suspension style, just lower to the ground. I'll have to check out a Dodge dealership, but my 4wd 3500 looks like it has a factory lift kit in the rear (block between leafs and axle) and just taller springs/ longer control arms up front. the spring spacers should give you the same lift as a 4wd truck. You also might be able to get stock 4wd parts from people with lift kits and get a few inches for less than a new kit.

Just a theory, please verify with someone who is actually knowledgable about Dodge, or trucks in general.

I went with 3" leveling spacers, 35 x 12.5 s. Some rubbing not bad. No off roading would go with the kore for that.

Thanks for posting the pics of your truck. That is EXACTLY the look that I want for my new 06' Mega Cab!

Hey RUSTPROOF,

What kind of mileage are you getting with those tires? Manual or auto, 3:73 or 4:10?

I am running a 6" Superlift w/ 37"x13.5 Pro Comp's No rubbing issues so far.
Just seems to be hard on front end parts.
