she's a tiny little booger. you will see two wires comeing off the head at the front passengers side where the coolant goes into the head.

ok broke over and took it to the dealership they looked at it scratched their head, the senser is not where it should be. on a very few early 1994 models { mine is 11-93 } the temp senser is on the driver side of the block under the fuel filter. now i just have to figur how to reach it without taking out the inner finder? maby thats why they repositioned them. thanks for the help hope this help someone else. dlh

thanks for the pic, mine has the same head, the hole where your senser is has a plug screwed in on mine, also the sending unit on mine is not the same as is on most, its about as big around as a quarter. havent made it back in to trade it at auto zone but i figure its the same as a 1993. fortunatly when i went to change it i found that the senser wire was broken, quick fix now temp guage works like a charm Thanks dlh

the head where the bolt and fitting holes go have remained the same through the years, the main change to the head was in 98 when two more valves per cylinder were added.

what would be sweeet to see would be a 12 valve CR engine.
