well, I broke down and gone one, put it in and proptly had the crank and cam connectors backwards. I was being an idiot

3/2 ummm. . . I just nailed 35PSI in like 30 nano seconds and tires broke loose in 4th

and I can tell my clutch doesnt hold at 4/3 with the throttle on the floor. In the instalation instructions it does say do not go over 6 on any combination of the stock clutch on manuals will not hold, and dont go over 4 for auto's or the torque converter will slip.

cool, where do you plan to run it? also, are you going to track mileage with it? (i'm curious).
also, FYI...looking to do the amsoil swap next oil change and may do the bypass filter, is your 1 mpg gain still holding up?

I'm not worried about this tank. . .I'm just having fun adn seeing what this thing will do, but next tank I will and see what happens.
and yes, my mileage gain was there and verified over two tanks, it came to .8mpg better over dino and old axel and tranny juice.
I'm going to start doing oil sampleing as well. this might help extend drain intervals and I'll post what comes of it.

I would think the best way is to average the fuel useage over an extended period of time... I look at it by months. my mileage has been creeping upward by about .2/mile from May.
well, I finaly got the ***** to turn it up higher yesterday after work
any combination of 8 and I'm smoking like a freight train. infact, a blip of the throttle and the clutch is slipping at 1400rpm. I had a test of 9x9 with an easy foot and I could keep the smoke down, put a little more throttle into it and daylight was turning into night time. intersections were being closed down from the smoke. people getting pissed off, but then there were those who were giving me thumbs up on the smoke screen
anyway, pooch, I just take the mileage driven and the fuel used to fill up to get my mileage. first tank was only .5 better, second I drove slower due to alot of back road 65mph crusing. the gain is there.
