IDK about the lights but the seatbelt thing is optional... get in, close the door, fasten the seat belt, turn the key on, then unlatch & latch the seat belt 3x fairly quickly and the ce light will flash IIRC, some say the door chime will sound, mine didnt. I got the ce light. this may work for the headlights... on-off-on-off etc, 3x fairly quickly...

I was thinking that there is only two ways to do this that is if the door light switch works like they use to in the old days and the horn honk is linked to the driver’s door dome light switch.

1. Put a piece of tape over the door light switch so it stays in when the door is open

2. Take the switch out and Unhook the wire going to the door light switch and you will never have to worry about the tape coming off.

No I have not tried this yet but it just came to mind when reading this and thought of the old days when I took the door light switch out and unhook the wire to it as I did not like having my dome light staying on every time I left the door open for hours at a time or it did not get closed all the way and would run the battery down.
