Much better than the wheel to wheel nerf bars I installed, those lasted about 24 hours and they went back to the dodge dealer.
The power steps were actually as easy or maybe even easier to install, the only tough part about them was getting to the wiring harness up inside the dash to tap into, other than that if you can run a ratchet and a drill they are a piece of cake. They are not the cheapest things around (about $1100), but the fit and quality far surpasses those junk nerf bars the dealer sold me.
The most important part is the little woman is happier with them than she was the other ones as well, they drop down farther and are a more gradual step to get in than the nerf bars, and even cooler yet, is if I ever decide I want the truck a little taller, they make an extension you can put in to drop them a couple more inches yet.
I give them an A+
