I was out of miami, and we had GF named Charlie, I don't remember his last name though. If it's the same guy, he had a heart attack the last I heard, not sure where he is now though. I remember being Lakeland, it was a mess everywhere we went, I climbed a many poles on that storm season, lol, I worked more poles outta my hooks than I worked out of my bucket.

SharxRam,, I saw and almost bought that same sticker. For a while I was looking for a 4x4 or some other sticker for the back end, but I just ended up getting the one for the back glass.

 

DREW - Thanks for the 'edumacation' on the difference between what the Banks does versus some of the others. Either I didn't have my reading glasses on, or most of those tuner mfr's don't share info on just exactly how their boxes get what they do out of the engine. So your explanation is very valuable to me.

If there's anywhere you can think of to steer me to where I can get more depth on how they do what they do, please let me know. But again, thanks for the explanation - I am further ahead now thanks to that info!

And when you say "rice rocket" - what are you referring to? We used to use that term for the Japanese bikes (vs. Harleys) - but if you were able to smoke a bike then I am all the more amazed! Or is this used to desribe the Japanese Racer cars?

 

the import hondas or toyotas that kiddies like to "hop up" with stickers that get them 5 more horse and that pissed off bumble bee exhaust.

I'll mess with harlies just for fun, but the other import sport bikes I leave alone, they are only organ donors anyway.

but about the boxes I have a list somewhere of what each box does, I'm not sure where it is and I may need to just make a new thread on what each one does. I dont want to completely steer you away from Banks stuff though, while their software could use some retooling, their hardware(turbo's, intercoolers, exhaust) is some top notch stuff. but a bit pricey.
