I was actually digging through some old emails but unfortunately I can't find it.

A while ago my father sent me an email all about a guy who had just HAD IT with his dealer. When he didn't get satisfaction, he drove his car right through the dealers front window, got out, and set it on fire. It was AWESOME !!! It reminded me of the movie Falling Down with Michael Douglas. Now it kinda reminds me of Cummins situation. The whole thing was caught on the showroom cameras. If I can find it, I'll let you guy's know. It was awesome.

MAYBE IT'S TIME TO MENTION THE LEMON LAW TO THEM, BUT REASEARCH IT FIRST, CALL AUTOMOTIVE CONSUMER AFFAIRS
Oh, we're already way into that process. DC received the final notice on Sep 22. They have 30 days to respond with which dealship, within 50 miles, that they want me to take it to for the final attempt to repair. After that, they have to repurchase or replace it.

Steve,

I was talking about putting the clamp on the hose, as a band aid. I'm gonna make them waste their time.

Could I? Yeah, absolutely, easy fix.

Will I? Absolutely not!

I'm more than willing to accept blame and fix something that I screw up, but after the issues I've had so far I'm gonna make them bring it in, give me a loaner, fix it right, and cost them a dime or two.

Is this being an ****? Ohhhhhhh Yeah!

One thing I've learned about myself is that it's not when I'm screaming that I'm really mad, it's that calm AFTER the storm that I get a little sadistic.

There are also a few minor squeeks that I'm gonna bring in one at a time.

All could have been avoided if they would have fixed it right, the first, or the second, or even the third time. Even the fourth time, I was still okay. The fifth time is when I flipped my lid. The sixth time, now I'm back to calm and using the brain power rather than the brute force and intimidation route.
