Default Better head upgrade: studs or O ring?

This is a simple question I guess, but I don't have internet anymore at my new duty station so if some could answer this question by Monday morning, I'd really appreciate it.

Which setup is better for upgrading the head and where is the best place to order the kit.
Studs or O-ringing? I'm upping the boost so I'd like to protect the engine.

Thank you very much

do both... studs & o-ringing will protect against a blown head gasket with boost pressures over ~50 psi...

I had ATS O-ring my original head, and install 60lb exhaust springs, in case I decide to try an exhaust brake someday.. The stud kit was shipped, and I installed it. I believe they call it "Fire Ring"...lol.

I have to be honest. It was pricy, but it's a proven modification.

Good luck.

Ok, so they can be combined. I wasn't sure if it was one or the other. If I'm going to take the head off, might as was go with the best protection. thank you
