Needed a truck and always wanted a diesel.

To Haul whatever I want, firewood, sheetrock , dirt, cars, etc.

Drag the family and dogs around in any weather.

It Lords over all others (only tractors are bigger than me now)

People don't pull out in front of me anymore [sm=badbadbad.gif]

It satisfies my control issues.

Work Truck, pulling 6,000-8,000 trailers about 3,000 miles per month.
Tow a Dirt Track Stock Car every other Saturday
Tow my 28 Ft. Silver Streak Travel Trailer
Any time I need room to put "Stuff"

As I bought it used and put in a bullet proof trans/TQ combo, I only have about $18,000 in it, (it came with all the other "Stuff") it will pay for it's self in better fuel milage in about 2.5 years.

I use mine to haul my backhoe around, pull my 36' 5er, 18' car trailer, 16' camper. It's kinda like my wallet, just don't feel right leavin home without it. Originally bought it to make a welding truck out of it but it was so nice the lil' woman wouldn't hear of it!

Daily driver. Putting on +/- 40K annually. Needed something that would hold up longer and get better milage than the ford v10 I got rid of
