hmmmm .... I thought Jake said that Cummins did NOT use these types of filters.
I have also never seen one on any heavy duty or medium duty truck let alone a cummins.

I'll be happy if my engine makes it to 300,000. Then it will get pulled, cylinders bored, new pistons, rings, head, crank bearings, cam bearings if needed, vp44, turbo, oil pump, water pump, rad, and exhuast man. then I'll be good for another 300,000 miles. It's too bad that these engines don't have liners, then it would be able to stay in the truck.

Steve

Which system did you go with?

sorry I missed this earlier...

I went with the amsoil setup. bmk-11 it was what they recommended for the '05. I also got the cap as the return line as I'm not interested in drilling into the oil pan.

Your kidding me right?

You've got every mod under the sun but you can't shell out $50.00 - $100.00 for a camera?

Your joking right?

Oh Mayfair,

In PA you buy $50.00 cameras, in CA you buy $1500.00 camara and you get the best photos you can't get from a $50.00 camera in PA. In CA you have to keep up with the Jones next door and in PA you don't. Now see that was not to hard to understand was it? [sm=icon_stickpoke.gif]

I try not to do "cheep", usually in the end you wind up paying more. I got a semi cheep camera for one of my kids, 1 year and it's got problems (eats batteries pretty quick). So, knowing what I know... a coolpix nikon will work for me and that's what i'm looking at later today.

photography has been in my blood for a long time and cheep equipment shows up in pictures.
