LOL.

Try the search feature on technical issues here, esp for the CTD. I have found more useful and technical info here than three other forums dedicated to Dodge Trucks.

Drew, Steve, Cummin, and others have tons of info that is relavent and can save you money with DIY.

If your pissed off because no one here in the CTD section has info on lowering a truck, then leave. However, if you want to get some real info on your Dodge CTD, then take a look at a few pages back instead of just focusing on the topics for today.

Wouldn't it be easier to lower it if you heat up your springs with a torch in the rear to take the arc out of them, also you could cut a coil or two in the front. Just a thought[&:]

I installed 3" on the rear of my 2wd 2003 Chevy to level it. My 06 is a 4x4 so I added 2" to the front to raise it. The lowering shackles were simple to install, and had no affect of the suspension.

One thing to keep in mind in lowering a CTD is the weight up front. Be careful what ever you end up doing, otherwise you might end up dragging your oil pan. The sparks would be cool, but not that fire that happens afterword.
