RE: What hobbies does everyone have
Well, I basically turned my hobby into my full time job, so now I don't even participate in the hobby anymore. ( my Grandfather warned me that that would happen ... LOL )
My hobbies now would include working on my Ram ( thanks to you guy's ), camping, motorcycles, drag racing, boxing, and my Playstation. I just LOOOOOVE my Playstation !!

what do you ski on? I used to be an avid skier until I broke an ankle in the delta (jambed the left one on a rock on the bottom trying to stop before hitting the rocks)

I now ski with Fat Skiis cause I am a fat guy now . I bought a Malibu Wakesetter 21Xti so I could do my skiing and my step daughter could wake board.
Funny or not funny enough I also broke my right ankel but on my Ducati 748R. Finally had to get the sucker fused because there was not enough bone left to heal. That was like a 3 year, 9 sugery recover time, sigh.

man that sucks! I had that option too and declined. my big problem was there was a cyst (sp?) growing just under the bone. when I had the spill, I was cutting hard from left to right, (double boots) and lost my edge (swear to this day I hit something). front foot came out, back foot (left one) stayed in and the ski chattered up & down giving me a severly spraned ankle, then when it did pop out I managed to get my legs down in front of me and into the water. thats when I hit the rock with that same left ankle and broke the bone protecting the cyst. after it healed, I was getting the cyst pinched in the ankle somehow and it was causing sharp pains. Drs finally did an mri on the joint and found the cyst & a bone fragment floating around down there. gave me the options, one of which was to fuse the ankle. I declined and decided to live with it. now 12 years later it's back 100%. I went from having pain daily to weekly to monthly to none at all in the 12 years... actually the pain stopped after about 6~7 years.
needless to say, i've only been skiing 1x after that.
