Well i was reading another thread that is now more derailed that a train wreck and got to wondering. What kind of hobbies does everyone have?

My Hobbies
Trucks - i dont know dipstick about them but i am trying to learn, i dont know why but i prefer trucks over cars, maybe because im a Texan.

Guns- always have liked them i know more than some and less than others.

those are my too biggest hobbies, and right now i cant afford either, why do i have to chose expensive taste?

 

got a small collection of guns. Got a quad, like to go 4wheelin whether I'm on the quad or in the dodge. I do quite a bit of fishing. Used to go paintball, haven't done it in the last year. ohh yeah I have a collection of model airplanes. Always liked airplanes, guess thats what happens when your dad works for boeing. If you ever have the chance, go and take the tour of the everett factory, that thing is huge

 

Kinda along the same lines as jakebrake.

Got a "small" collection of guns. Each has an intended purpose.

Like taking the ATV's out as often as I can, which is never often enough.

Like to tinker on my truck (too much), so I have my little Samurai that is about to be built to the teeth, just so I won't go WAY overboard like I di on my last truck. This one is staying my tow pig.

Like to work in my small, but growing, wood shop.

Love to just go out in the woods. For no other reason than to go.

 

wouldnt call it a hobby??? hiking, backpacking, fishing, photograghy, harrasing the dog (he loves it... I think lol), my truck...

 

Shooting/Hunting, I tinker with Benchrest shooting.

Building and flying RC airplanes. I suck at it, but love it. Nothing brings on the pucker-factor like the first take-off of a plane you just spent 40-50 hours building. I had one that only last two flights. Like I said, I suck at it!!!

Fourwheeling in the swamps.i love going deep.ride with a big group here in sounth texas near crosby.
hunting most of the year and fishing the rest.
and going out dancing to country bars.

Well, I see a common theme...guns. I love 'em. My wife can never understand why I just have to HAVE that new one when I have plenty. I guess the same can be said for some women and thier shoes. I like to shoot no matter what, benchrest, plinking, IDPA, etc. I'm about to join a new club so that I can shoot in more IDPA sanctioned matches next year with my 1911. Next year...sounds so far off, but yet right around the corner.

I also like the great outdoors, horseback riding, hunting, etc. Oh yeah, I also love the water, especially riding my PWC on the ocean.

 

PWC? = Personal Wave Craft? just guessing
