So I called the service dept. today to see whats up with the truck. They said that it had a real hard time starting this morning! it was only about 36 degrees this morning. It did not throw a code????? still waiting for an answer from HQ. He said trying to get an answer is like kicking a dead horse so I will call Chrysler again in the morning. He also said that the new 2007 with thenew enginewon't be here in Nevada until about March

Someone previously mentioned "Lemon Law". I am going to have to agree that it may be something you want to look at.

Since you are a fellow Nevadan, I looked up the appropriate NRS sections for you:

NRS 597.600 to 597.690 inclusive.

Here is a link for you to follow: http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-5...l#NRS597Sec600

Good luck.

The not so funny thing is they were offering to buy the truck back instaed of replacing the manifold heater and ECM. That is what the mechanic is saying the prob is how can they justify 45K over about $2000.00 or so??

ORIGINAL: Cumminnotstrokin

BUT the 6.7 is tempting
I know it seems cool and tempting to have something new but I believe I would wait on the 6.7s. From what I've been reading people seem to be having issues with the cats clogging and sensor problems and such mostly due to the fact that ULSD is not available everywhere. I would wait another 2 or 3 years at least with the new emissions stuff until they work out the kinks or at least until there is no longer any LSD to be had.
