Just bought the truck, only have it 3 weeks,and Don't know how to check codes, this is all new to me, looking foward to learning,I'm going to the dealer tomarrow and willlet you now the codes tomorrow night. (awsome truck man)

Someone should be able to give you an idea about what's going on.
I actually remember Drew mentioning that code before. I don't remember the entire gist of it, but that code does exist. Hopefully someone else here will remember it.

Also fill in your sig file so we all know what year truck, model and what trans you have. Several of us here have a list of what each code means so post it so one of us can tell you what it means.

Ahh yes, the infamous batt temp sensor....
Have you been plugging the truck in? If yes, here's your problem. If no, it may just be a bad sensor (this is a known issue).
1 - It's needs to be flashed and / or have that sensor replaced.
2 - The reason it comes on is the TIPCM sees a different of more than 2.6 degrees between your coolant temp, batt temp and air intake temp. This causes the CEL to come one. The flash is suppossed to address this.
3 - On mine, they replaced all three of those sensors, the entire wiring harness and the TIPCM (mine wouldn't hold the flash for more than a few days and would then revert back).
This has aparrently been an issue and DC is aware of it.

I had the same code. Took to dealer first time the said nothing was wrong. Happened again a week or so later took back to the dealer flashed the ECM, and all has been good for several months.
