rumor has it
Well if it all comes down to me not being able to special order an SRT-10 (one of current), I'll just have to buy the new SRT-8 or SRT-10 and if they have less horsepower I'm going to throw on turbos. There's no way I'll settle for a slower pickup now. It's like when they first came out, everyone, including me was crazy about them. Now that I'm old enough to purchase one, and almost financially able, they're going to discontinue it and say "na-na! You can't have one! hahahaha!"

And if memory serves me correctly ford couldn'd give the 1969 shelby gt500's away. It got so bad for them they actually rebadged some 1969's as 1970 models. Now you can't touch a decient one for less than $100,000.00 be patient.
From what i hear its true they are done. But hey for all of us that have one it means only good things. There should still be a few for you to pick. Hell there are a few brand new 05 ones still in my area. that is how i got mine. it was a left over 05 brand new and i got it for 8 grand under msrp. If you need more info on the ones in my area let me know and i will send you a list of them and go take a look at them for you and see if they are worth looking into for you.
