Default 94 b350 acts as if out of gas. No ignitionlight

My 94 b350 5.9 van coasted to a stop as though the feul pump had died. I then notice that the ignition light would no longer function . The van has 80k miles on it so I ruled out the fuel pump. Then I went looking for a fusable link.
After pokeing around on the dang ole internet I'm thinking perhaps it's a faulty smec or a relay of some kind .Anyone have any input before I start spraying parts at this thing.

I would first check out the ASD relay on the firewall near the brake booster, to make sure it's working.

I do not understand about the "ignition light would no longer function". Are you meaning the "check engine" light?

After checking the ASD relay I would see what codes the PCM has, those may tell you what the computer needs.

The fuel pump can go bad even though it only has 80K for it is now (if original) 14 years old. I would check the fuel pressure, you can also listen as you turn the key to the "run" postion and see if the pump runs for about 2 seconds.

I would also check for spark at the spark plugs.

Thanks guys, Yep I meant check engine light.
Since thats not working I am unable to capture the codes.
I have only verified that 12v. is present to the relays ( I'm not sure wich one is wich just yet)

Do you know anyone with a diagnostic tool that can read the OBD-I series computers? If so then they can hook up to your PCM and pull the codes.

If the light quit working at the same time the van died I hope that the PCM did not die. Did you check the fuse that goes to the PCM, it may be blown.

Default I may set this thing on fire

Well where to start ?Oh ,Iknow I'll start at the end.My van still will not run.
After verifing that the computer connector had voltage and both grounds. That continuity existed between smec and asd, fuel pump and coil.
I went out and bought a second rebuilt smec .
Still no check engine light, fuel pump, no spark
I,m very nearly beat.

Did you verify if there's voltage on the output side of the ASD and fuel pump relays while the key is in the ON position?

There is a 30 amp fuse in the power box under the hood that feeds power to both of those relays. I believe it's fuse #1. If that fuse is blown you won't get power to those circuits.
