YES I have my heat finnaly, problem was on selector beetwen hot and cold it wasnt closing blend door inside heater box located under hood passenger side.Something wrong with linkage wire so i just closed it manualy with screwdriver it works. Thanks for all your help
Take a look at #2 in the second picture, that's the linkage rod you want. It comes through the firewall and connects to the #1 lever in the first picture and is held in place by clip #6.

It's possible that the electrical actuator is dead or the wires are damaged going to it. The part is made by Johnson Electric / Saia-Burgess. The part may be marked CEI on the casing. The part is made in the USA and is sold via the dealer.
Zanko79 as the number 2 picture in Alloro's post above shows the blend door on our vans is under the hood in front of the heater core. Easy way to test is have some one slide the cold/hot lever back and forth as you look under the hood. You will see where the cable is and where it is attached should move one way for cold air and the other way for hot air. If the blend door is moving then you may either have a plugged hot water shut off valve (if you have a van with AC) or a restricted heater core. You can try if the blend door does move to adjust where the blend door arm attaches on the cable to see if you can manually move it further to the hot side.
