I am looking to buy a White 2001 Ram 1500 conversion van 5.2 with about 70k miles on it.

What is a fair price to pay for it and anything in particular that i need to look out for?

Its a dealer and they are asking $6995 for it. I feel that it is way too much to pay.

according to kelley blue book it's worth $6000 from a dealer. So I'd try to get it for less than that.
