Exclamation Arroyo HardWoods Work Van

hi guys, im david
a member of many muscle car forums and clubs, my prize posession is my 84 monte street car, but recently i purchased a 1992 1ton dodge work van, has the 360 roller eng, at/od ac works, seems to be a well maintained van, everything original
so i was just wanting to know if theres any common problems with these engines, or vans, what do i need to keep my eye on?
it has 126,000 miles, but still runs and shifts great, im useing it for a hardwood flooring buisness, and will haul some heavy loads
future plans include, aluminum wheels + fatter tires, new paint, vinyl buisness logos, and some rhino spray for the cargo area.....
any help would be appreciated, im loading a few pic so u can see how it is, so thanks guys
david

Your question might be completely legitimate, but at the same time your post looks like you're trying to sneak in a free ad here by including the name and phone number.

SPAM for breakfast on a Sunday morning -- you gotta love it.

BTW, my wife's minivan has close to 300HP; 400HP doesn't cut much ice these days.

The two worst things you can do to a 360 is run it low on oil or run it low on coolant. It spins bearings easily if the oil isn't kept up and changed on schedule. The heads and cylinder walls will crack easily if the engine overheats. Other than that, most of our engines will still be running after we're all dead and buried.

It's not just the HP, it's the vehicle weight, tranny ratios, and the rear axle setup as well. To me 400 HP is nothing to sneeze at.

So based on that burnout video I guess we can deduce that a Monte has sucky traction.

thinkin about some 275/60s for rear, itll eat the 255s off too easy
but it had decent traction, that vid was a lil 1st gear burnout that i rode out thru 2nd
she does pertty good for a street car
