Default diagnostic

autozone does diagnostic for free. I have to replace my pcm (check engine light came on, code P0601). Where do I find diagram to find, remove. I'm hoping to get a replacement at the junk yard.

You will need to get a p/n match to your PCM for a yard pick PCM to work.

Check out CARDONE for ECM/PCM vehicle computers.

MaryLou, what is the year and engine of your van. I am having some issues similar also. I too was thinking junkyard for the replacement PCM. I have another thread on this issue on the 1st page. I have a 1999 Ram Van with a 5.9 engine. I was wondering if this an ongoing problem with this year model. I have never had an PCM issue on any of my trucks or vans. And I too live in SE Texas, Houston.
