I also want to add that I had the transmission fluid professionally changed at Aamco which made it run better.

You can disconnect the battery to do it, but the key should be off.

Y-I-K-E-S !!! Aamco !!!


They are KNOWN to use a fluid that is not compatible with our tranny types. Get a flush done ASAP and use ATF+4.

Else, it's only a very short time before the tranny goes again, even worse.

First keep the key to OFF. Then disconnect the battery. Finally turn the key on for 10-20 mins to drain the charge in the system to clear the PCM.
