Question Q for the pros

Have a 2001 Ram Wagon with rear air. Noticed the front fan switch only blows air on the highest setting and not low or medium. I have a shop manual but the the A/C-heat section is a little over my head. Sounds like it could be a fuse, relay or switch. Don't have any sort of electrical test equipment so I'm down to parts changing. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Replace the blower speed resistor. It's mounted by two screws to the big black box under the hood on the passenger side, along with a flat 4-wire connector.

The rear HVAC unit in the 2000-2003 Ram Van is cheesy at best. The blower speed has settings and the AC blows out the bottom and the heat out the top. There is no blend level. I had to set this manually.

There is a resistor on the rear Denso HVAC unit on our van. The actuator is a yellow type made in TN, USA.
