I need my van for work and I wouldn't be able to take the module out to have it tested and repaired. Unless the van would run without the module installed.
Then unfortunately you are going to be out of luck. The only other thing I could suggest to you is that you contact SIA electronics on their toll free number and ask them if they have a new or repaired module in stock that they can sell and ship you. They will need the serial number of your Van as well as the odometer reading, and information off of the module that is already mounted on your van.
Your van will not run with out the PCM module. Also sooner or later the module might completely fail and your van may decide not to start. At that point you might have no choice.
