Small grey hose and grounding cable location help?
I have a dodge 2003 ram van 1500 5.2 318. Replacing engine and can't for the life of me remember where this small grey hose and grounding cable go. Any help would be appreciated.
the grey vacuum line that you are holding starts from where now?
the ground line... maybe it grounds from body to coil base...
Thanks for the reply! And sorry should of mentioned that they both start there in the center background of the pic. You can see where it attaches to the fire wall

Reason: In middle of pic
The grey hose looks like the one that goes to the heater control valve on the right side of that picture.
Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I have that one plugged in already. This grey hose originates right next to the grounding cable (in the center of the pic) if that helps at all

My van is outside and it is dark right now...but I think the ground strap goes from the alternator bracket or front of the head to the frame/body on the passenger side.
The gray vacuum line I have connected to the secondary heater control valve since I have dual HVAC.
I would have to go outside and verify this - but I think that is what you have.

Thanks for the help! Didn't realize I had 2. Hopefully I didn't switch them around, not too sure what it would do... Also I Guess my question for the strap was do I just have to make sure it's properly grounded and it looks like that's the case. Took pics any way
