About 156800. But that was before I drove it from LA to denver…where I recently realized the odometer doesn’t work at all.

Kept adding tranny fluid, shes back to running like she did before. No noticable improvement from filter and fluid change. Still finding metal shavings in trans fluid i spilt everywhere. Onto the next problem, cooling system doesnt pressurize...pressure test shows nothing.

Will it pressurize with the tester?

No . The adapter for my radiator doesn’t fit. Or rather, my radiator neck might be warped or something. If I genuinely had no pressure wouldn’t my engine over heat quickly? Gotta find the right adapter for my radiator… there are a couple hoses with moisture or singular drop residues (lower radiator hose/t connection) but my main concern is a stuck open thermostat or dying water pump or bad trans cooler lines. Temp gauge never goes above a lil over cold.

How could I drill thru through a radiator cap to create my own adapter? Like, would gorilla glue and stretch tape work? 16 psi pressure

If it isn't getting up to temp, that's the thermostat. If it doesn't get hot, it may or may not build pressure. If the radiator cap doesn't seal...... it will probably just blow excess coolant into the overflow bottle, just more than you would expect, and possibly more than it can actually hold..... Glue and tape won't hold 16 PSI, it doesn't 'sound' like much... but, yeah, thats some pressure.

Indeed it will not hold. But I confirmed some pressure is at least building. Derive ten min to work and popped the radiator cap after arriving to hear a slight hissing sound…sounds like all signs point to the thermostat. Anyone know what items I need to remove or move out of the way to get to it?

Im about to give up completely on repairs because the air cleaner assembly blocks anything and everything. Yet nothing and no one can tell me how to remove it.

Should be a wing nut on top of the air cleaner, take that off, and the whole assembly should lift off. There may be some vacuum lines as well.

Sweet Jesus, thank you all. It was just that easy. I wish any of my repair manuals could’ve mentioned this.
