1994 dodge b350 van 5.9l.

​​Wipers were working correctly then all the sudden the driver side wiper stopped and the passenger side wiper kept going but made terrible noise I turned them off immediately.

I tried unscrewing the piece of plastic under the windshield above the hood. Its free but I can't get it off. Definitely need suggestions or links to videos to show me how to correctly remove that plastic piece over the antenna and wipers. Thanks guys.

 

If things haven't changed from 94 to like my 99 you need to look where the wiper arm connects, there should be a locking tab/latch on the windshield side on the base of the arm that swings out to unlock from the stud, then you can lift wiggle/pry the wiper arm off the stud. Use a small screw driver or needle nose to rotate latch out and if your washer fluid line is run up the wiper arm, be sure to disconnect the line
