Default C. Breakers Behind Glovebox

I bought a 2001 Dodge Ram Van 3500 that does not have an Owner's Manual. It was converted when new as a transport high top minibus. There are 6 circuit breakers behind the glovebox (40A to 70A) and I would like to find out if that is a stock feature (as opposed to added as part of the conversion).
Also does anyone know if the factory service manuals show c. breaker, relay and fuse locations- my Hayne's repair manual doesn't.
Thanks in advance

It's all add-on, the only possible breakers installed by Dodge would be for power windows or power seats, if so equipped, and those would be in the main fuse box.
