Where to locate a replacement o/d on/off switch for 1994 Dodge B250?

Thanks for everyones input on this, I found one on eBay (Thanks Joe King!) for a '96 Ram Van, it plugged right into my'94's connector, now I can use overdrive and lock it out if needed again!
