B150 Turns over, won't start at all.
I have 1998 b150 conversion van, ran great, took a long trip, stopped did some touristy stuff. Wouldn't start.
It will turn over.
It does have fuel getting to the rails. When you hit the little nipple fuel comes out.
It does have spark, seems weak. Took out a plug and tested it on the block.
Turns over but doesn't even attempt to start even with starter fluid.
Added fuel just in case, still didn't start.
That morning it was a little cold, and didn't start to easy, it did die on me, but started right up and drove it from WI down to Indy.
Didn't have any fault codes.
Towed it to my mechanic, because I'm thinking some type of electrical gremlin.
He thinks it is the computer but doesn't want to buy one because he thinks there is some of the conversion van part of the wiring that might be causing the problem, which may have fried the computer.
I do have another van, b250, conversion van, but it's a 1994, the computer looks the same to me, I could possibly swap them.
Anything to look for?
