I have to replace the intake manifold in my 1996 dodge V6 239L.. Do I need to replace the 12 bolts for a new set?,. I going to get the Hughes engines part V6 MAGNUM PLENUM REPAIR KIT, for this job.

No you do not have to replace them, unlike cylinder head bolts which are longer and exposed to more torque and strain.
