no oil psi on gauge

Default no oil psi on gauge

2002 ram 1500 van 5.2 V8 replaced the sender and still no psi on the gauge " check gauges light on " checked with a real gauge and have 45 psi . it started out of the blue just 1 morning .

See if you are getting power to the sensor. (key on, engine off should work just fine.)

With the key on, touch the sender wire to ground and see if the oil gauge pins. If it doesn't your gauge could be fried.
