After market magnum cylinder heads recommend
Everyone says Mopar magnum heads will crack like mine did. They all say get after market "thicker heads Ebays got lots" Can anyone direct me to the best aftermarket cast iron heads. I'm not building a Hot Rod I just want my 5.9l Magnum truck back on the road. Any reviews I can find say"Oh this one has bad guides or Don't buy made in China"or no reviews exist period. King Cylinder on ebay has over 200 sales 0 Reviews I'm in So Cal and there are no local sources for other than Mopar $$$$$$. Looking to spend around $600 or less
For bare head what about Enginequest "Made in New Zealand" posted in details on Ebay. . I see no mention of bronze guides in the ad. I read blogs about valves sticking with too tight guides on complete assembled heads.
I'm assuming it best to go bare and build your own. Seems like it would be a good idea to post a permanent "sticky"thread in this subject. Any feedback to help in choosing would be greatly appreciated.

If you get a set of Magnum heads again, the early years were hardened differently and are not as prone to cracking as easily as the later models. I think I read in 1995 they changed the hardening process and that's when the most problems happen.
