Default Valve cover dripping rust

I need some advice. My van has been sitting for a couple of years. The inside of the valve covers has a rust spot at the filler tube. It dropped on to the roller rockers for sure. I most likely cranked it. What is the best course of action? My advice get the aluminum covers.

Pull 'em off, clean 'em up, and reinstall.

The aluminum roller rockers have me worried with all the gaps. I guess I'll plug the channels and use lots of wd40 then inspect while cleaning the rocker arms. Murphy's law!
Thanks

WD-40 really doesn't do much for rust. PB Blaster is a better choice.

Put more air in the can??? Do you can your own?? I just bought a gallon can of PB, and use old window cleaner spray bottles.

I'm using a tire valve to put a little air back in the can.

I use a tire stem over the can opening and add a little air pressure. Not too much just enough.
