Default Blower Fan doesn't work

1998 Dodge Ram Van (B)1500 V6 3.9 liter engine. The Blower Fan doesn't work, some air drifts through but I don't hear the fan. It did have this issue a couple years ago as well, I remember switching out a fuse. The fan worked for a couple to a few months and then stopped again. Any ideas on what is wrong with the AC/Heat blower fan?

Did it blow the fuse again? If so, I would look at replacing the blower motor.

The quick diagnosis is to test for power at the blower connector. Power means a bad blower motor, no power means look at the fuse, dash switch, or speed resistor.
