Default Deciphering a 1967 A van data plate

I am looking at a 1967 Dodge A van. I am having problems deciphering the data plate. Can someone point me in the right direction. In the upper rt hand corner of the plate is a 110 stamped there. I know that there were 108 wb and the number is a mystery.

Post a picture of your plate. Before 1968, data plates were rather simplistic. 1968 is when the VIN got placed in the windshield. Off hand, I think the 110 might be a model number. Seeing as how I was 12 years old when your van was built, I might be mistaken.
