Default Ram Van fuel filter

Hey all!

I have a Ram Van 3500 5.2 ltr. It's starting to bog out on right turns for some reason. It's fine on left turns. It's particularly worse when it's raining.
I'm thinking maybe water's getting in the fuel line somehow? Perhaps the fuel filter?
I'd like to check the fuel filter, but where is it located exactly?

Any insights would be humbly appreciated. Thanks!

If you van is 92 or newer, there is no fuel filter you can check. (easily....) It's part of the fuel pump module.

I would more suspect a bad connection somewhere..
