Just a thought .... might want to check the ground points on the engine block ... I think there are 2 points at the rear of the engine ... at least that is how it is on my 3.9 V6 ( 1996 ) and also there is one on the front of the engine / driver side. I mention this , cuz I was doing a bunch of work on my van and was surprised to find how much corrosion there was at these contact points. They obviously had never been disturbed since the van was made at the factory. So I did my battery cables / posts and all these grounding locations I could find ... not because I was having a problem ... but "just in case" .. .. ... like I say ... I was surprised at how bad they looked when I took them off and cleaned them ... ... ...

additionally I think there is a grounding point just for the fuel pump ... which if it has a weak connection might cause the exact symptoms you have described .. ..

hope this helps .. .. ..

Im having the same exact symptoms. Changed everything out as well. Was stuck on the side of the road 2 days ago. Pulled out the crank sensor and it was gummed up. Had crude built up on. Cleaned it best i could with what i had put it back in and it started up enough to get me almost home and died again but fired up when i slid it into nuteral. I had this problem about a year ago and ended up getting new computer and it ran good for about a year. I hope you get yours running sounds like u like yours as much as i do mine.

I have solved intermittent stalling issue by unplugging Air Conditioner Compressor Wiring Harness. Small bracket holding harness doesn’t have rubber grommet and therefore cuts into wire creating a short. Please see included pictures. I hope this helps.
