At least it was a reasonably easy fix.

 

Yep- easy. The really good thing is for this problem 6 months ago I bought a reflashed PCM for it but never put it in because "it fixed itself" (at least for the last 6 mo.s). I kept that PCM instead of returning it. This recent go round with the charging system started when I had a bad engine miss begin 2 weeks ago with no code and stuck my new PCM in. No miss anymore! So I didn't waste $250 bucks.
