Default Intermittent CAN bus issues and no bus message on dash

I have a 2000 Dodge 3500 with a 5.9L(gas) engine. I recently purchased it and noticed some strange behavior. The van normally runs and drives great with no lights. Occasionally it the engine will cut out while driving, but you can just shift it to neutral and start it right back up to be on your way. One time while I was driving it I got a NO BUS message in the odometer, but again it started back up. The prior owner replaced the PCM and most of the sensors on the CAN bus which I didn't find out until after I purchased the vehicle and started to experience the issues. The OBD port also does not work. The port has power and turns on the gauge, but no coms. The radio also does not have power, but I haven't had time to see what's going on there yet.

Does anyone have any recommendations to diagnose and fix the issues I'm experiencing?

I really need a wiring diagram and a pinout diagram for the PCM. Do you know where to find one?

Factory service manual. You can usually find them online for pretty cheap. Can get it on CD, or, download in PDF format. Ebay, or Amazon are good places to look.
