My back door on my 2002 3500 van is getting hard to close

 

Clean and lube EVERYTHING. PB Blaster is good for removing grunge, and sticky stuff in hinges and latches. Once everything moves freely, and works properly, hit it with some spray white grease to keep things moving good.
